I still have a stash of my original foutas, and they’re going strong more than 13 years later—although I’ve lost and gifted a few along the way!

I stopped bringing them in when the market became flooded with thinner imitations, but I’ve missed having them available. So I’ve brought back the original-style foutas I know and love, with their more substantial feel. They’re still $69 each, just as they were 13 years ago.

Originally used in hammams, or steam baths, foutas were designed to absorb water and dry quickly, making them ideal for the warm, humid conditions. Their flat weave makes them lovely and light, easy to fold & practical to take wherever you go.

The neutral shades sit beautifully in interiors, while the brighter colours bring a pop of Mediterranean vibrancy and energy to days by the water.
