Formulated from a nutrient-rich synergy of organic botanicals, Rose & Holy Basil Facial Moisturiser combines plant-derived lipids, antioxidants and naturally occurring fatty acids to nourish the skin and support healthy barrier function.

Organic shea butter, camellia, argan, jojoba, sea buckthorn and coconut oils help replenish surface lipids and reduce moisture loss, leaving skin instantly soft & lucid.

The formula is rich, concentrated and anhydrous — made without added water — so a little goes a remarkably long way.

Rose geranium, holy basil and ylang ylang give it its distinctive botanical character.

THE SKIN BARRIER

A well-functioning skin barrier is fundamental to healthy-looking skin.

Its naturally occurring lipids help retain moisture while providing an interface between our skin and the outside environment. When these lipids become depleted, skin can feel dry, tight or less resilient.

Our botanical oils and butters provide an emollient layer to support moisture retention, suppleness and comfort.

Rather than continually adding more steps, we prefer to support the skin in doing what it already knows how to do.

ANHYDROUS BY DESIGN

Unlike a conventional water-based cream, Rose & Holy Basil is formulated without added water.

Its concentrated base is composed of botanical oils, butters, wax and oil-soluble ingredients.

The result is a beautifully rich moisturiser where very little is required.

HOW TO USE

Warm a small amount between fingertips and gently massage or press into clean face, neck and décolleté.

Use morning or evening, alone or alongside an essońe serum when additional nourishment is needed.
